Such wonderful stay, as always. The hotel is perfect and huge with very courteous and exceptionally nice staff members. Great and perfect location, within walking distance of everywhere. Painless check-in, easy check-out.

A little rude staff!

The location in a comfortable area was great with nearby gift shops and a supermarket. I had coffee at Starbucks, which was within a 20-minute walk.- The restaurant was pleasant, and I enjoyed tasty dishes for dinner.

The personnel at the hotel were consistently courteous and absolutely kind, providing excellent customer service. The Wheelchair Accessible room with a shower, soundproof windows, and bathroom was great. The location of the hotel was marvelous and perfect, especially being close to the casino. Additionally, I enjoyed the offerings at Scape Skydeck which was only 1 mile away from the venue.

Nicely appointed hotel with hard-working stuff in the resturant excellent service, liked our staying. The breakfasts were extraordinary and extravagant with copious culinary offerings, sashimi plus American cuisine. The location was perfect - next to beautiful gardens and the island that had a decent. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.

We had a clean and modern room with a cozy bed.

The restaurant was wonderful for breakfast, we ordered appetising dishes. The location was comfortable and best possible for first time visitors to Lapu-Lapu City.

It was easy to get Wheelchair Accessible room with the internet, the lights actually work and the top floor-7th and that's great.

There was elevator missing.

Well-appointed and extremely convenient hotel in a very nice area, close to restaurants and bars. Comfortable location, especially for me. Walking distance to shopping malls and gift stores across the street.

Staff was super helpful and provided excellent service. The room had a spacious bathroom that was just as impressive. 🌟

The room I booked was beautifully maintained and brand-new with soundproof windows in a great location just minutes from the airport, which was convenient for me.

My room was tidy with the Windows could open, bathrobes. The hotel was in a great location not far from Cebú, the waterfront and airport and cafe in parking...

We thoroughly enjoyed it. This hotel is incredibly beautiful and quiet, has exceptional employees at reception desk. The property's location was excellent, right by the the airport and the restaurant for Evening meals and the marina mall. Furthermore, all in all everything was very very good. In overall the room was tidy and with bathroom as well as bathtub.

Clean rooms and bathroom, except for weak toilet flush. Phone placement in bathroom not convenient. Tub height may pose risk for elderly. Friendly and courteous front desk and dining staff.
